The teams at Tricky Fish WaterSide and CityLine invite you to drink for a great cause! Both locations are offering a copper cocktail class with Absolut Elyx to support the clean water initiative, Raise It Forward. The campaign created by non-profit, Water For People, donates clean water to communities living in underprivileged countries.

For $20, guests will learn how to make two iconic Tricky Fish cocktails in chilled, copper coupes while enjoying heavy appetizers. The class in Fort Worth’s WaterSide development will be held on Tuesday, April 2 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. and Richardson’s CityLine location will hold class on Saturday, April 6 from 6 – 8 p.m. Tickets may be purchased online through Eventbrite. (See below for links).

For each guest at Tricky Fish who orders a copper coupe cocktail from now until Earth Day (April 22) and share it on social media with the hashtag #RaiseItForward and tags @absolutelyx , Absolut Elyx will provide a week’s worth of water to someone in need.

ABOUT TRICKY FISH:  We believe simple is better.  Great food, fresh ingredients, simply prepared…any more than that and things get complicated.  Tricky Fish, the idea for it anyway, was born along Chinquapin Reef in East Matagorda Bay.  And on the water off Port A and near the barrier islands south of Cocodrie, LA.  Days spent on the water and evenings spent with good friends, a cold beer and amazing food. Eating out should be a break from the real world.  It should be fun, relaxing, a chance to get away from all the things that make our lives… well, complicated.  A good meal, spending time with family and friends, trying a local craft beer or glass of wine on the patio – that’s what Tricky Fish is all about.  Because simple is better.
