Silver Fox will feature two new cocktails with the theme “The Pour Over – An Infused Aromatic Experience” through the summer. Behind the bar, the mixologist will pour cocktail ingredients through a pour-over device, filtering the libation through items like strawberries, hibiscus leaves and lemon peel to enhance both drink flavor and color.
Botanical Breeze: The Botanist Gin, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, Monin Strawberry Syrup, fresh lemon juice and rose water simple syrup poured over hibiscus leaves and strawberries creating a color-changing and enhanced-flavor cocktail, $15.
French Know-How: Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac, Cointreau Orange Liqueur, Monin White Peach Syrup and fresh lemon juice poured over fresh peach slices, mint and lemon peel for an infused flavor, $15.
The cocktails are available now and will be offered through Sept. 28.
