SILVER FOX FEATURES THREE “FLAVORS OF THE WORLD” WINE SPECIALS THROUGH JAN. 4

Explore a glass of wine from the Old World and the New. Silver Fox will feature three special wines with the theme “Flavors of the World” throughout fall and into winter.

Offerings include the Treana Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles 2018 ($16 per glass, $63 bottle), which is known for its robust flavor with notes of sweet vanilla, spicy black pepper and layered smoke that coat your palate. The Château Greysac, Bordeaux-Médoc Cru Bourgeois 2014 ($18 glass, $71 bottle) is a deep ruby garnet with red berry flavors combined with notes of spice and bell pepper in the background.  And the Marqués de Cáceres Rioja Reserva 2015 ($15 glass, $59 bottle) is a dark and dense ruby color with a touch of cherry, vanilla and soft toasted notes.  

The wines are also available in a flight of three 2-ounce pours for $16. They are available now through Jan. 4, 2021.

Additionally, this summer’s pour-over cocktails were such a hit with guests that one is staying on the menu and a new one is joining it. Staying is the French Know-How ($15), which contains Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac, Cointreau Orange Liqueur, Monin White Peach Syrup and fresh lemon juice, and is poured over fresh peach slices, mint and lemon peel for an infused flavor. The second pour-over cocktail is perfect for fall: The Equinox Elixir ($15) features The Botanist Gin, Disaronno, fresh lime juice, Monin Vanilla and pineapple juice poured over cinnamon, fresh pineapple and chamomile tea for an infusion of flavor.
