REFINED HOSPITALITY CONCEPTS CELEBRATES EASTER AND PASSOVER WITH “TAKE & BAKE/GRAB & GO” MEALS, DINE-IN BUFFET OPTIONS

Refined Hospitality Concepts, the company behind restaurants including Primo’s MX Kitchen & Lounge and Scout, is celebrating the holidays in three ways: with special Take & Bake meals for families who don’t want to cook from scratch on Easter, Grab & Go Meals for Passover seders, and a dine-in Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet at Scout in The Statler.

EASTER TAKE & BAKE MENU

Easter Take & Bake meals come with detailed cooking instructions. The a la carte options will feed from 4 to 6 people:

  • House Baked Focaccia Bread, $12
  • House Salad (with beets, goat cheese, pecans and balsamic dressing), $16
  • Caesar Salad (Romaine, Parmesan cheese, croutons, Caesar dressing), $17
  • Antipasti Salad (with salami, pepperoni, smoked Gouda, peppers, olives and herb vinaigrette), $19
  • Roasted Chicken (with lemon and rosemary). $28
  • Grilled Salmon (with garlic herb butter), $32
  • Mac N Cheese (with Vermont cheddar and aged Parmesan), $16
  • Penne a la Marinara (with Pecorino Romano), $17
  • Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes (with EVOO and chives), $19
  • Cauliflower Au Gratin, $18
  • Green Bean Casserole (with crispy onions), $17
  • Brussels Sprouts (with bacon and onions), $19

GRAB & GO PASSOVER MEALS

The Grab & Go Passover menu comes with detailed reheating instructions. The a la carte options will feed from 4 to 6 people:

  • Tzimmes (sweet potatoes and prunes), $16
  • Matzo Ball Soup, $18
  • Charoset (fruit, nuts and honey), $21
  • Lamb Shank, $44
  • Brisket, $32
  • Hard Boiled Eggs and Sauteed Spinach, $10

Take & Bake Easter and Grab & Go Passover orders can be placed through 5 p.m. Thursday, April 1 at refinedhospitalityconcepts.com/easter. Easter orders must be picked up between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m April 3 at Primo’s Downtown or Primo’s Hillcrest.  Passover orders must be picked up between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. at Primo’s Hillcrest. EASTER SUNDAY BRUNCH BUFFET

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 4, Scout at The Statler will serve an Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet for $39.99 for adults, free for kids 12 and younger. The menu includes:

  • Antipasti salad (with salami, pepperoni, fontina, peppers, olives and herb vinaigrette) 
  • Roasted Chicken (with lemon and rosemary)
  • Grilled Salmon (with garlic herb butter)
  • Mac N Cheese (with Vermont Cheddar and aged Parmesan)
  • Penne Ala Marinara (with Pecorino Romano)
  • Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes (with EVOO and chives)
  • Cauliflower Au Gratin
  • Green Bean Casserole (with crispy onions)
  • Brussels Sprouts (with bacon and onions)
  • Carving Stations
    • Charred Sirloin (with horseradish cream)
    • Spice/Scented Baked Ham (with pineapple glaze)

RHC restaurants and bars, including Scout, Overeasy, Sfereco, Bourbon & Banter, Waterproof and all Primo’s locations, will be open regular hours on Easter Sunday.
