North Texas-based Razzoo’s and Tricky Fish will be helping families suffering with pediatric disease throughout the month of October by raising funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Guests at all 19 Razzoo’s Cajun Café locations and at Richardson-based Tricky Fish will be able to help by donating $1 each for a pumpkin to be hung in their name.
“Our restaurant family is committed to helping others,” explains Razzoo’s COO Garret Brooks. “We hope to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.”
Last year, Razzoo’s raised nearly $35,000 in support of St. Jude’s.
The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of their founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family’s ability to pay.
The St. Jude’s initiative will run in all Razzoo’s and Tricky Fish locations from October 1 through October 31.
