NOSH BISTRO CELEBRATES AMERICAN CRAFT FOOD AND WINE WITH ITS CHARCUTERIE AND WINE PAIRING EVENT, JULY 16, 2020

Nosh Bistro, a Refined Hospitality Concepts (RHC) restaurant, is excited to continue its monthly wine and food pairing experience – Board & Bottles: Wine and Charcuterie Pairing Event – which will take place July 16 this month. Participants can join virtually via Zoom or in-person at Nosh Bistro. RHC Corporate Executive Chef Ryan Carbery will join RHC CEO Robert Hall, a noted wine expert, to co-host the event each month. Board & Bottles’ monthly experiences will be held for $65 per participating reservation.

This month, the team will present food and wine selections celebrating American craft producers. Participants will receive two bottles of wine, including Snitch Chardonnay and Saldo Zinfandel, both by The Prisoner Wine Company, plus ingredients selected by Carbery to create a complementary charcuterie board. Charcuterie boards provide enough materials for 2-4 people, depending upon serving size.

“The recent success of our virtual events is a testament to how Nosh has been able to stay connected to the community,” said Carbery. “We’d like to continue that by offering a monthly program that can be enjoyed in-person or online.”

“I am proud to come from one of the families producing wines in America,” said Hall. “We are thrilled to celebrate those artists who are creating hand crafted products right here in our own country.”

Spacing and capacity in the dining area will be adjusted to meet the state’s restaurant orders for social distancing. To assist Nosh in meeting those orders, guests are required to purchase the Board & Bottles experience in advance at NoshBistroDallas.com and select the “dine-in” or “carry-out” option.

Carryout wine and food can be picked up at Nosh Bistro, 8611 Hillcrest St., Suite 100, Dallas, TX, between noon and 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 16. Delivery is also available upon request.
