About Tillman’s Bishop Arts

In 1992, Tillman’s opened in the urban artist alcove of Oak Cliff called the Bishop Arts District. The restaurant’s warm and inviting vibe attracted patrons from all corners of DFW who craved a modern spin on comfort food and Texas tradition. Today, owner Jeffry Kollinger continues to carry on the Tillman’s legacy of friendly neighborhood service and regionally inspired upscale Southern fare.
