Galleria Dallas is proud to welcome three new stores opening in the center over the next month.
Trail Blaze is operated by the nonprofit Target Evolution, which help teens earn money with their own small business or freelance work ensuring they’re prepared for life in the 21st century. Target Evolution is the only youth program in the world that owns stores in upscale malls to help youth; this is its second shop, following the opening of a Trail Blaze in Galleria Houston in 2019. The products featured in the shop were created by youth entrepreneurs in Target Evolution’s Teen Biz program, and they keep 90% of the profits from sales. The store will open on Level Three near Earthbound Trading in mid-October.
This will be the first bricks and mortar store for Make Your Life Sweeter®, founder Yasmeen Tadia’s sweets shop that has transformed standard-issue, carnival cotton candy and popcorn into gourmet indulgences. Make Your Life Sweeter, whose clients include the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Forbes, Facebook and Laura Mercier, is part shop, part restaurant: A one-hour Dessert Omakase with more than a dozen bites will be offered by reservation only, and you can choose from three different cotton candy-infused hot beverages. With respect to COVID-19 guidelines, the store will feature a QR code “menu” of their offerings that you can order and pick up 20 minutes later. The shop is expected to open on Level One near Sephora in late October and stay open through the holiday season.
Lovisa is a fashion jewelry boutique that offers earrings, hair accessories, necklaces, bracelets, rings, kids’ accessories, face masks and ear piercing. Since launching in 2010, Lovisa now has stores in 15 countries globally. Each store offers Lovisa Stylists, who give advice on current styling techniques and provide an elevated shopping experience. The boutique is slated to open on Level Two near Altar’d State in November.
