The Grand Remodels Theatres with Luxury Recliners, Hosts Community Festivities in Celebration

Moviegoers in D’Iberville have reason to rejoice as The Grand Theatre is celebrating a substantial renovation project that has enhanced the movie-going experience for local movie lovers. Renovations include the addition of state-of-the-art, luxury recliners in each auditorium. In celebration of the sizable investment made by parent company VSS-Southern Theatres, LLC, The Grand Theatre is giving back over $2,000 in tickets and concessions to area movie fans via its Facebook channel and REEL REWARDS loyalty program.
On Thursday, March 16, the theatre will host a special screening of “Beauty and the Beast” for over 100 winners. All guests who win tickets will also enjoy a complimentary popcorn and soft drink as part of their prize pack. The winners will be randomly selected from entries on Tuesday, March 14.
As both the largest movie theatre in the area and the only theatre in D’Iberville, The Grand Theatre is now the only cinema experience in the market offering both stadium seating and the comfort of luxury recliners in every auditorium. “The comfort of our guests has always been our main priority,” explains Grand General Manager, Larry Morris. “We’re thrilled to offer guests the finest movie experience on Mississippi’s Gulf Coast.”
