CAVANAUGH FLIGHT MUSEUM CELEBRATES BY GIVING FREE DAY OF FUN TO ADDISON RESIDENTS APRIL 22

For nearly 25 years, the Cavanaugh Flight Museum has celebrated the history of military aviation from their headquarters at Addison Airport. As a valued member of the Addison community, the museum has decided to create a special event celebrating the residents and business owners in Addison. On Saturday, April 22, Cavanaugh Flight Museum will host Addison Day, an event where all residents and business owners in Addison are encouraged to bring their families for a free day of aviation fun.

During Addison Day, guests will experience the sights and sounds of history, and enjoy discounted rides in the museum’s unparalleled collection of aircraft and military vehicles. The carnival-like atmosphere will include games and activities for the kids, demonstrations with the Sherman tank, aircraft tours and unique photo opportunities with the aircraft that are not normally open for viewing. Additionally, area non-profits have been invited to participate with displays at the event.
