February 2018 Tastings to feature Selections from Bordeaux

Have you ever wanted the chance to be a sommelier at a fine dining restaurant with a world-class wine cellar? III Forks in Dallas has created the perfect offering! Each month, the renowned steakhouse will offer two Sommelier for a Day opportunities. On the first and third Wednesday of each month from 5-7 p.m., guests can help select featured wines for the coming month. For $25 per person, guests will sample six wines selected by the Wine Director at III Forks and paired with hand-passed hors d’oeuvres created by Executive Chef Chris Vogeli.

Each month features a new theme. For February 2018 the restaurant will showcase wines of France’s Bordeaux region. Six wines will be poured and served alongside tasty passed treats.

The favored wine will win a place on the III Forks menu for the month of March.
